750 gold or K18 is a gold that contains 75% only of gold and 25% alloy. The seal at the pendant should be 750. Based on the density, it will comes out as 18. It is more expensive when it has a complicated design. But, this grade cannot be compared to gold grade such as 916 for the resell value. For this ring, eventho it has stone on it, we just quote the price based on the material only.
