Today we received one customer, a Malay lady came with her husband. This customer first time customer and she know our shop from the website. She brought in a Coach bag for estimation. She bought this bag long time ago and she know this bag already vintage design but still in good condition. She decided to sell because no longer use. Explained the resell value for her bag brand and she understood. After quoted the price, she asked her husband then she agreed to sell. She also very nice and likes our complementary drinks and snacks.
