Rolex Sea-Dweller 16600 was one of the first watches from Rolex to use 904L steel in its construction, today known as Oystersteel. The ref. 16600's production run spanned twenty years, along the way solidifying itself as a bona fide classic in the history of the famed Crown. The 16600 features a caliber 3135 automatic movement with a 48-hour power reserve, an incredibly reliable, chronometer-grade movement used extensively by the brand. Being one of the first watches from Rolex to use 904L steel in its construction, today known as Oystersteel, the 16600 in its 40mm by 14.5mm Oyster case features a wonderful weightiness and signature, action-ready sturdiness which has defined the Sea-Dweller collection from its 1967 origins.
