Thank you for coming to our store! We accept various condition of jewelries, including those with missing parts, and broken. We are the only shop that accept golds of all grade, from K24 to K9. We also provide snacks and beverages for customer while they wait for the appraisal’s result. We accept everyone to Jewel Cafe.
Some gold accessories have “K18” engraved on the surface. 'K' is an abbreviation for Karat, which indicates the purity of gold (24 carats is pure gold). In other words, K24=100% purity, so K18 means that it contains 75% gold in it.

Hi! Today we bought an earring with no seal. Our customer who sold this bought the earring from her friend who no longer want to wear it. The earring is already missing stones as she took the stones to be made into a ring. We explained about the density reading for their items and they understand.
