Crane Central x Malaysian CARE
On January 21, 2025, Crane Central Sdn Bhd visited the Ladang CARE building in Chenderiang, Perak, with 15 team members participating in a CSR activity. The main purpose of this initiative was to support the indigenous children, known as the Orang Asli, by providing them with school uniforms, shoes, stationeries, and snacks.

Ladang CARE Project
Malaysian CARE is an NGO dedicated to supporting underprivileged and socially vulnerable communities, particularly those in poverty. The organization’s mission is to help people across Malaysia live better lives by addressing poverty, providing educational support, and offering social services, all while promoting sustainable development and societal improvement. Malaysian CARE focuses especially on indigenous communities, rural populations, and children in difficult situations, offering assistance. In collaboration with this NGO, we supported the indigenous children as part of the Ladang CARE project.
Fostering Connections Through Games
Before the games begin, we provided an introduction about our company, explaining who we are, the company we belong to, and our motto, “community to community.”
After that, we engaged in activities designed to nurture the children’s creativity and teamwork, which helped deepen our bond with them. It was heartwarming to see the children’s smiles and the occasional shy expressions during the games. Their pure reactions made our time together incredibly enjoyable and healing at the same time.

Support Given to the Children
The most important part of the activity was the distribution of essential items. We handed out school uniforms, shoes, stationery, and other necessary supplies for the children’s new school term. The moment the children smiled and said “Terima kasih,” we couldn’t help but smile too. It was in that moment that we truly realized how meaningful and important this initiative is.
We also gave them our character, Jewel Café Bear, and they absolutely loved it.

Facility Explanation
We were also given the opportunity to learn more about the Ladang CARE facility. We were shown the areas where the children receive their education and learned about the community support programs being carried out. The educational and livelihood support provided by Ladang CARE plays an incredibly important role in supporting the local community.
This CSR activity was not just about providing material support, but also about connecting with the children on a personal level and building meaningful relationships. We hope that our effects have made a positive impact on their futures, even in a small way. Moving forward, Crane Central will continue to contribute to the community through CSR activities, working towards building a better society. This experience has been a significant step towards living out our core value of “community to community.”
We look forward to finding more opportunities to support the future of local communities.
