The pendant is actually a frame that is made to put Buddha inside it. We have to open the whole frame and take out the Buddha and clean it up for estimation. Once we put it in the machine to check on the density reading, it came out low. This maybe affected by the design itself.

This customer is very funny and friendly. At first, he just want to check on the pendant that he bought many years ago. He does not sure whether the pendant is gold or not. He wants us to help him. We have to open the pendant and do some cleaning to erase all the unwanted dirt on it. After checking, it is gold. Advised him accordingly and he agreed to sell.
