K18 gold contains 75% gold and 25% alloy. It can be seen with the number 750 or K18 hallmark on the ring or other jewelry. But, this pendant has only shown a Chinese seal read as cingam. Also based on the density, it comes out as 18. Cingam is quite expensive compared to 916 because it is sturdy makes the workmanship has to work harder to reshape. It is more expensive when it has a complicated design. But, this grade cannot be compared to gold grade such as 916 for the resell value. Each gold has a different chemical composition, with different metals used in different quantities to give each its unique appearance.

Today, we would like to introduce you to our new purchasing item which is a pendant cingam (Chinese seal) which is also known as K18. We have bought it here at Jewel Cafe Taman Maluri. It was from the same customer just now. The weight of the pendant is 4.8g. First, we checked with the magnet to see if it stick or not cause any gold won't stick to the magnet. Once it is stuck, it is just normal steel coated with gold. As additional information, Jewel Cafe Taman Maluri does accept any grades of gold from K22 to K9 and also platinum and silver.
