K14 gold contains 58.5% pure gold. The remaining 41.5% is composed of other metals like copper, nickel, and zinc. 14k gold is an alloy of gold and other metals. It has a yellow hue brighter than 10k gold, but not nearly as vibrant as 24k gold.
