A very nice lady walk in to our café this afternoon. She brought a hand bag for estimation. She said this is her first time coming to a second-hand shop. At first, we explain about our concept and procedure. She likes our concept that offer complimentary drinks and snacks to customer. While waiting, she shared that she likes to travel, and while travelling, she will buy handbags and watches. There are a lot of handbags at her house. She doesn’t know that there is a shop that take second hand item, so before this, she just gave all handbag she does not want to use anymore to her relatives and friends. The condition of her handbag is like new, as she rarely used them.
