A bright Chinese lady came alone to Jewel Cafe. She brought her branded item for estimation. Before starting the assessment we offered drinks and some snacks for her to enjoy while waiting for the response from Japan (HQ) side. She was kind of cautious and aware of the surrounding. Before she touches anything she made sure to wipe it with wet tissues. After I saw that, I offered her hand sanitizer to make her feel at ease. Then we had some chit-chat over the counter.
