"No seal" gold means there is no mark at all on the jewelry. For example, 999.9 or 916. Of course, there is also the possibility that the item is actually not gold. But we will check it first, following our cafe's procedure. Our cafe can buy gold's grade from K24 until K9, or even no seal.
