A customer came bringing jewellery, a heart shape pendant which belonged to his wife. He intended to let it go and went to a pawn shop. Unfortunately, the shop only provides pawn service, so he then came to us for estimation. A very nice man who likes to talk about politics and current issues. After negotiation, we successfully bought the pendant with good price.
