A customer came to our outlet brought in a Rolex Explorer II watch for free estimation. He need emergency money and he already make an appointment at other place, but before the appointment date, he just want to know our price offer to him. After the estimation he decided to go and want to see the offer from the place where he made appointment with. A few days later, he came in again and decided to sell the watch with Jewel Cafe as he said that the other place is a consignment where he need to leave the item and waiting for the buyer. As he need urgent money, he cannot wait and decided to sell at Jewel Cafe as our concept is cash concept where customer can get the cash on the spot.
