916 represents 91.6 percent gold and the balance is made up of metal alloys, ensuring its toughness. K22 is another name for 916. Because 916 is not as soft as pure gold, it is utilized in a lot of jewellery. It is available in a variety of colors, including yellow, rose gold, and white gold. This can be used to manufacture plain gold jewellery or a design, but it is not recommended for diamonds or densely studded jewellery.

A few days ago, a chinese lady brought a 916 gold necklace to estimate. She bought it from MJ Jewellery in Perak back in 2019. In that time, the gold price is still at the lowest price but because it was included with workmanship the necklace became quite expensive.
