However, this customer did not keep the bag well hence the minor creases on the leather. Over time, if the bag is kept in such conditions the leather might crack. This bag also did not come with any set such as dustbag or box.

This bag was a gift received by our customer. She said that she did not like backpacks since she is quite petite. So she came in with intensions to sell it. We explained to her that this is a men's bag hence the size. Men's bags do not hold the same resell value and second-hand demand as ladies' bags. She understood and was happy to join our membership.
