Australian gold deposits are remarkably similar in style to those found in Nova Scotia. The Ural Mountains stretch 2,500 km roughly north to south in western Russia. China currently has the largest gold deposits in East Asia. Peru has the largest deposits of gold in all of South America. Indonesia is consistently one of the world’s top ten producers of gold.
