Some time ago, I was given this watch as collateral for loaning someone some money. I was recommended Jewel Cafe by a colleague. She had mentioned that they can help check the authenticity. I called them and asked if they could check. They mentioned that I should bring my watch in for assessment. They guided me to the nearest branch and explained their process. So I came by Jewel Café just to see if the watch was even genuine since I never heard of this brand. Upon checking, I was surprised by the results. Not only was the watch genuine but they had also offered me quite a good price. After some consideration, I decided to sell the watch. The staff at the shop was very knowledgeable and shared more about the watch. I even got to play their lucky draw. Good service by the staff.

I had found some old watches while cleaning out my grandparents’ house. The watches were in bad shape, so I took them to a watch shop. They told me it would cost more money to fix it rather than just buy a new one. So, after some discussion, we decided to sell the watches. My wife had told me about Jewel Café as she said she had seen it while she was out grocery shopping at AEON. So, I decided to come by and ask if they could accept the watches. They had explained about the condition and its effect on the value. I really thought they would not accept it, but to my surprise they had told me that they could purchase the watches for cash. After they had finished evaluating the watches, they explained to me about the damages and its value. The price was reasonable as the watch itself was in very bad condition. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, they also had very good added benefits.

First of all, we are so sorry for your loss. We understand your predicament and we are glad that we can help in whatever way we can. As for your watches, though the brand is high end, the condition had some major damages. The movement had been a bit rusty, and the glass had many scratches. However, Jewel Café can still purchase your items regardless of these damages. We can also accept watches with no battery, loose clasp or even chipped glass. We had also explained the value of some old watches without its papers. Jewel Café can purchase other items too such as branded bags and gold jewellery. You can use your member benefits for these items too.

I’ve seen Jewel Cafe before when I was shopping in AEON. Fascinated, I inquired about their business. The staff explained they can buy used branded bags and watches as well as gold. I was given a tissue pack that can add extra 10% to my price. This reminded me of an old pocket watch I've been keeping. However, I wasn’t sure if they could purchase this brand. So the next time I came to AEON, I came by the shop and asked about my pocket watch. The staff told me they can purchase my watch; they just need to do an assessment to get the price. They told me it would take around half an hour to 45 minutes. I told them that I’ll be back, so they can check while I did some shopping. I find this very convenient, and their price was quite good also especially since I got to add that extra 10% from the tissue. Their location makes it easier for me to get 2 birds with one stone.

Convenient. Our location ensures that our customers can not only find us easily, but they can make the trip more beneficial. If you are unsure of the items or brands that we can purchase, you can always either give us a call or visit any of our outlets near you. We also list the brands that we can purchase on our website. As for our assessment for branded items, it will take around 30 to 45 minutes per item. Jewel Café can also accept gold, silver, platinum jewellery. For jewellery, it will take 15 minutes per item. So, while you wait, you can either go out shopping or you can enjoy our complimentary drinks and snacks in our café space. Jewel Café also provides a children’s area for your little ones. We are glad that you found our shop convenient, and we hope to see you again soon.
