Hi, I am Lina here, I first heard about jewel cafe concept and i did not think or know about this shop. it is incredibly good for those who have luxury items that are no longer used and can sell here. I am sure jewel cafe is a great and best place for you to sell your luxury items. I and my husband only knew about jewel cafe when i went to Aeon mall Penang and i made an appointment with the staff and came the next day. This is my second visit to Jewel Café. I wanted to sell my Patek Philippe watch which had not been used for two years. I got the best service and price from the staff. I just called and asked about my watch brand did jewel cafe buy it at a high price, was informed they asked me to come to the store to see my watch. My watch has a little scratch near the glass, I am upset because I bought it expensive and worried that the price will drop because of the scratch. A good customer service with good welcoming and, I get a free drinks and snack. I thought the assessment will be charge but nice its free. I am very satisfied with the price given even though my watch is not in good condition. What is the best here, their have a members benefit. I also get two spins for luck draw. I just walk around at Aeon mall Penang, and I found that one store is buying luxury watches and branded item. I have one watches Patek Philippe that I get from my dad as a gift for last 5years. I was greeted with a big smile and warm greeting. I feel very appreciated and comfortable when I am in the store. I only brought the watch to be evaluated and informed if I bring all the accessories the price will be increase and luckily, I am just stay nearby only. I am come back after I get all the accessories at home. In half an hour of waiting I was surprised by the price offered, I did not expect that jewel cafe can offer at such a price.
