After I read about impressive review about Jewel Cafe I called them to ask either they received my broken watch or not. They asked me to come here and bring all accessories if have because they want to check it first. While waiting for estimation process, they serve me snacks and drinks. I am very satisfied with their explanation and attitude. Even though my watch didn’t have battery and have many scratches, they still offered me a reasonable price because my watch still have a demand in second hand market. After I agree with the price, they pay me cash and give me a chance for lucky draw and Alhamdulillah I manage to get a cute face towel. Last year I’m sold my mother jewellery here and received a thank you postcard. I want to come here again but didn’t have a chance. After I found the post card in my drawer, I remember my Hublot watch that no longer used. Instead of I just let it in my drawer, I think its better I sell it and get cash. Their staff welcome me warmly and big smile. As long as I remember their service still the same like last year which is an excellent service. I bring my member card and all members benefit to redeem and thankfully their member benefit didn’t have expired date. After so much consideration and explaining from the staff I agree to sell my watch. Their price quiet high for a cash concept and I also get to redeem RM50 from my member card which I get from selling jewellery last year.
